Group Strategy Assistant

About the role:

We are seeking a Group Strategy intern who will work closely with the Senior Management Team and will receive constant guidance across the term.


This unique opportunity will allow you to be exposed to the workings of the largest new media business in Singapore and help drive real and impactful decisions that will define the company's path forward.

You must be able to commit to a minimum of 16-weeks (4 months) internship.


What you will do:

  • Support the development of the company's strategy via in-depth market study & competitor research
  • Provide in-depth analysis and recommendations to aid management in decision-making
  • Support management meetings and strategic discussions by supplementing internal or external data to drive informed decision-making
  • Identify potential opportunities and risks to the business and recommend potential business models or plans to address each topic effectively
  • Support the management team in ad-hoc projects including office improvement projects, employee wellness programs, new business development, and CSR programs

The successful candidate should have:

  • Possess or currently studying for a Diploma/Degree in Business/Finance/Economics or equivalent
  • Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Able to thrive in a highly ambiguous environment
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to manage multiple activities and projects simultaneously
  • Passion for new media, media, agency business
  • Proficient in Google Workspace
  • Able to commit for a minimum of 16-weeks (4 months) internship
